Joanna Marsh

Brian and Joanna Marsh have a young family with two small children. Both have professional careers and are active in the Church of Latter Day Saints, The Marshs turned their comfortable life on its head two years ago with Brian going back to University to complete a Doctorate in Child Psychology. They shared a laptop computer which was constantly breaking down.

“While Brian is studying we are working to a budget again and had to share one laptop computer which Brian used for writing his thesis and I used for running the family. The laptop was continually breaking down and we were forced to upgrade it. We heard about GOPC one evening at a dinner pary and it sounded incredible.”

“When the laptop finally died we had to do something. GOPC looked and worked exactly the same as if it was running on a PC. So instead of buying a new computer we aquired a cheap second machine machine and signed up for two GOPC accounts. Brian has his own GOPC account which he accesses access from Uni as well as at home. I have my own GOPC acount which I can access from home or even while visiting my parents.”

“GOPC is fantastic. Brian doesn't need to leave home with a laptop any more and just logs into the system at which ever campus he is working from. We saved ourselves an expensive upgrade at a time we when we really didn't want to have do it. GOPC costs us less than a cup of coffee each week plus we no longer have to worry about backups or the PC crashing. We also have a common directory which we share for the family matters.

“I have recommending GOPC to friends and family to try it out. Brian's parents live in Utah and while mine live locally, both have trouble with their PC's. GOPC would not only solve these problems, but would also save them money on upgrades. It will also allow us to share a common family directory where we can put family photographs, or other documents”.
